Will there be a war in near-term?
Since four weeks, India and China are in the headlines
due to the recent conflict among Sikkim Standoff. In result, this has become a
trendy one for the whole country as many of the pictures are being made on
social media announcing that both countries will meet in war. At War! Yes, you
get it right. Some of the recent activities are forcing it towards the war.
First of all, China and its media are openly warning India to step back among
Sikkim Standoff or else India have to pay. International Media here is terming
the skirmish of India-China border as the most serious border confrontation. As
it is we all may be agree on it.
Well, it’s not me who is saying that there will be a war.
Whole countries and the Indians are themselves doing a debate among the
Indo-War conflict. The activity of China that is bothering Indians is, “Suspending
Mansarovar Yatra”. As China is not allowing the Indian pilgrims to go through
the Nathu La Pass in Sikkim which leads the way to Kailash Mansarovar.
Earlier, The Nathu La clash took place between India and
China, alongside the border of the Himalayan Kingdom of Sikkim, then an Indian
protectorate. The clash started on 11 September 1967, when the People's Liberation
Army (PLA) launched an attack on Indian posts at Nathu La, which lasted till 15
September 1967. China is confidently challenging India because of the victory
among the Sino-Indian war of 1962.
Now, the things that are in favor of India are gifted missiles
from Israel after the historic visit of Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi
on July, 4th. The Gift Narendra Modi has received from the Prime Minister of
Israel, Netanyahu will make India one of the biggest Military Powers. India had
received Heron-TP drone that can fly up to an attitude of 45,000 feet and has
an endurance of over 30 hours.
Though Chinese Media is trying to threaten India by
saying, “Withdraw Troops” Or “Kicked Out” but Indian Armies are being deployed
on the border putting eyes into eyes. It asked Indian troops to move out of the
Dokalam area in Sikkim sector “with dignity or be kicked out” and described the
situation as “worryingly tense” while another official newspaper, The China
Daily said, “India should look in the mirror. Here, Indian Defense Minister,
Arun Jaitley responded them well. He replied, “India in 2017 is different from
that of 1962”. He also stated, “India will suffer greater losses than in 1962
if it incites military conflicts”.
So, this simply indicates that India isn’t fear of
getting indulged into the war, all they fear is the loss of them. Now, here if
we talk about the kind of army India has, then we can proudly say that our
India is standing on 3rd position among the other countries following Russia
and USA. Therefore, what we can do is, “Wait and Watch”.
