Who is Artist? Mr. Rahul Hip Hopper, a name which was not even existed earlier, but has now identification in the city beautiful called Chandigarh. Rahul Ghagat who was blessed with the name of Rahul Hip Hopper, through Dance, is now leading Chandigarh dancers. Once, he started dancing from childhood, when he use to go for learning Dance by his all time favorite cycle. For the two years, family was aware of his dancing, but he took his steps on the stage for the first time with song, “Mauja hi Mauja”.
